- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆WORST WORST WORST Worst franchise ever. There agent Randy sold me a condo policy to make my auto policy cheaper...I told him I do not have a condo I live in a home, he said it doesn't matter it's just to get a discount...later made a claim and was denied coverage because I guess to save his job the agent said I told him I lived in a condo...bullshit!
