- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wouldn't even give this bank a one star review! I normally bank at the location in roseville on frazho & gratiot (all the girls who work there are absolutely amazing) I have been with charter one for 9 yrs and after my experience today with this location you better believe the ONLY reason I don't close my accounts is because of how well I am treated at the Roseville branch. This sterling heights 18 mile & dequindre should be ashamed! Those ladies are rude and disrespectful I will never be back I promise that! I was in tears after I left there, but sure enough I called my regular branch and they put a smile back on my face with in 2 seconds :) everything worked out!By A Google User, January 27, 2017
